How do I make a reservation?
Explore our options on the website or social media, and when you find the perfect trip, contact us via WhatsApp or phone call. This way, we can provide better assistance, confirm availability, and customize your on-board experience according to your preferences.

What is included in the rental?
All our trips include:

  • Certified captain

  • Fuel

  • Water and ice

  • Cleaning

  • Sound and lighting system

  • Floating mat to enjoy the water

You can bring your own food and drinks at no extra cost. Additionally, we offer the option to add extra services, such as personalized decorations, to make your experience even more special.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks. In fact, that’s the only thing you need to bring, as all our services include a captain, fuel, and everything else you might need on board, except the food.

 

What happens if the weather doesn’t allow us to sail?
Your safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are not safe for sailing, we will offer to reschedule the trip or provide a full refund. We always keep an eye on the forecast to ensure the best experience.

 

How many people can go on the boat?
It depends on the boat you choose. Each has a different capacity, with a maximum of up to 13 people, as indicated in the boat catalog.

 

What safety equipment is included on the boat?
All our boats are equipped with life jackets, flares, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.

 

How can I provide feedback or a review after my experience?
We’d love to hear your thoughts. You can leave your feedback through our website, social media, or on online review platforms.

Policies

Reservation Policy:

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required, the amount of which will depend on the selected vessel and will be specified at the time of the quote.

The booking will not be confirmed until:

  1. The deposit has been paid within the indicated timeframe, and

  2. The client has provided all the necessary information to prepare the Bareboat Charter Agreement.

The contract will be sent for signature one day before the trip date.

The remaining balance must be paid before boarding on the day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit made to secure your booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling:

  • You may reschedule your trip by requesting the change at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Date changes are subject to vessel availability.

 

Weather Policy:

The safety and comfort of our clients is our priority. Before each departure, the captain will assess weather conditions to ensure the trip is safe and enjoyable.

Weather Evaluation

  • Unfavorable conditions include: heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, or any situation that may endanger the safety of the crew and passengers.

  • The decision to depart will be made jointly between the client and the captain.

If weather conditions prevent departure

  • You may reschedule your trip to an available date at no additional cost.

Extra Services Policy:

At Top Boats Miami, we do not directly provide additional services such as custom decorations, catering, DJ, photography, jet ski rentals, among others.

However, we have partner brands and trusted vendors that we can recommend and connect you with, so you can arrange your preferred extra service directly.

Any booking, payment, or coordination of these services will be handled directly between the client and the vendor, with Top Boats Miami assuming no responsibility for their execution.
